20. Return Policy
VitaLex Wellness stands behind the quality of our products and offers a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all red light therapy beds.
20.1 – Return Window
Customers may request a return within 60 days of the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
20.2 – Eligible Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, including products that have been opened or used, provided the request is made within the 60-day return window.
20.3 – Return Method
All returns must be completed by mail (freight). Customers are responsible for arranging return freight to our nominated facility. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
20.4 – Restocking Fee
No restocking fee applies to any approved return.
20.5 – Refund Processing
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued.
20.6 – Non-Returnable Items
Products where manufacturing has commenced or shipment has been dispatched from the country of origin may not be eligible for return unless the product is confirmed defective. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
